At the June I/O Developers Conference event, Google teased its new AI tool, Gemini, which operates on the Large Language Model (LLM). The company has now officially launched this tool.Google has introduced three versions of Gemini. The smallest variant, Nano, is equipped with the ability to function offline on Android devices. Meanwhile, there is an enhanced version named Gemini Pro, slated to be integrated soon into all of Google’s AI services.

This represents Google’s most robust AI tool, equipped with functionalities that mimic human capabilities, specifically designed for data centers and enterprise applications.
The rollout of this feature has commenced, accessible across all platforms. Currently, Gemini Ultra is available to a limited audience due to incomplete safety checks. Meanwhile, Gemini Pro can be utilized on Bard, seamlessly integrated with it. Certain features from the Nano version have been introduced on the Google Pixel 8 Pro.
To leverage Gemini Pro, a visit to the official Bard website is necessary. Logging in with your existing Google account is mandatory; the tool cannot be used without authentication. Once logged in, users can harness the features of Gemini Pro.
Gemini is a multimodal tool, going beyond mere information provision. It can comprehend and manipulate text, code, audio, images, and videos. Google has also released a video showcasing Gemini’s continuous creative responses on paper.
For instance, it interprets a blank paper as just that, lines as lines, and an image resulting from those lines as an image. It also aids in problem-solving related to math and reasoning. Google asserts that Gemini Ultra is the inaugural model capable of working like human experts, often outperforming humans. Gemini AI excels in massive multitask language understanding compared to humans, covering 57 subjects such as math, physics, history, law, medical, and ethics. Additionally, it has the capability to code.”
